regarding the shop

Previously, yencubed items were designed with an approach that we want to showcase our art style, or to portray cute illustrations or even to challenge ourselves artistically.

However, after doing this for one year, we stepped back to reflect about what we have achieved so far and realised that we have merging aspirations. And therefore, we have grown into a shop that aims to share thought-inducing and awareness raising designs. Each shop update will feature stationery designed around a certain concept.

regarding shipping

For local brunei orders, we currently have a pop up cube at C94, Box of Cravings, Kiulap.

For international orders, we are looking to independent shops that are willing to carry our items. We will update if there is a place that is selling our items.

regarding return & exchange

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but feel free to contact us if you have any problem with your order.

regarding payment

For local brunei orders, payment is via bibd transfer or cash at our Pop Up Cube. A screenshot of payment and order number needs to be sent via IG DM or email, then only will the order be processed.

If you would like a receipt, do leave us a note and we will issue an E-receipt.

regarding packaging

As a personal effort in reducing rubbish and single use plastic, we have pledged (to ourselves hehe) to re-use as much paper or plastic and avoid single use materials.

Due to this mindset, we do not place so much importance in the aesthetics of our packaging, as long as it can protect the items.

We would appreciate if the patrons can also share this vision with us, and re-use the packaging, papers or the adhesives on the package. Let us all put in whatever effort we can to care for our earth.
